Over 15 individual kitchens within one place, all serving their own menus and using one ordering platform. This concept is ideal for the growing trend of home delivery and technology driven ordering that has increased by 80% since early 2020.

    • Highly trained front of house staff to facilitate all orders for pick up and delivery including running the food from the kitchen to the lobby.

    • State of the art Online Ordering Platform that aggregates orders from all the 3rd party apps and the SCV Hub website and app to a single tablet in the kitchen. Has the capability for the consumer to order from multiple brands on a single order for a single pick up or delivery. Front of house staff is promptly notified of orders coming in and when food is ready for pick up.

    • Substantially lower order processing fees than the 3rd party apps. Up to 60% less than the 3rd party fees!

    • Exposure through the heavily promoted SCV Hub website and app, in addition to 3rd party apps.

    • Comprehensive SCV Hub marketing campaign promoting all of the SCV Hub restaurants to the entire SCV.

    • Detailed customer data and sales reporting. No POS system needed.

    • Daily payouts.

  • Typical Ghost Kitchen

    • Located in a nondescript warehouse in an industrial area, with limited alley parking.

    • No consumer lobby, side door entrance for drivers only.

    • Limited staff to point drivers to rack with orders or individual kitchens for pick up.

    • Multiple tablets in each kitchen, one for each 3rd party app. Front of house does not know what orders are coming through. They have to go back to the individual kitchens to inquire about an order.

    • 3rd Party apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) order processing fees of up to 30%!

    • Exposure through 3rd party apps only.

    • No marketing.

    • No customer data from 3rd party apps. POS sytem required.

Kitchen Spaces

Our standard kitchen spaces range from 200 sf to 400 sf. with the flexibility for more space if needed. Furnished with all of the basic essentials, you just bring the cooking equiptment unique to your kitchen. The kitchnes are functional and customizable for delivery, takeout and catering. Permit ready, turn-key set ups.

Every kitchen comes equipped with:

  • Commercial Exhaust Hood with ventilation, extraction, and fire suppression

  • Stainless Steel Prep Table and workstation area.

  • Gas Hook-ups.

  • WiFi and Ethernet Connections.

  • A service package that includes: pest control, utilities and security, grease removal, common area cleaning and more.

  • Proprietary Online Ordering Platform w/ Integrated Technology, and daily/ monthly dashboard reporting.

  • Stainless Steel 3-Compartment Sink, Prep Sink and a hand wash sink.

  • Cold Storage Unit and Dry Storage Access.

  • Total oil management including web based filtration management and biodiesel recycle.
